We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving the item(s) as per our policy. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and the reason of the return.
Please ensure the order confirmation paper or the proof of purchase with the order number and your name is placed in the parcel with the unused and in original condition item(s).
Once your item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. The refund will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days or depending on your card issuer or bank processing time.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at reception. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Depending on your location, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We strongely recommend you use a trackable service to return your item(s). Unfortunately we cannot accept any responsabilities for item(s) that are arrived beyound our return time policy or that are not delivered to us at all.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
