Refund and exchange
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving the item(s) as per our policy. Any return and/or exchange sent in after the allotted time will unfortunately not be issued a refund or exchange and the items will not be sent back.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Please send us an email first at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and the reason of the return, before sending us back the item.
Please ensure the order confirmation paper or the proof of purchase with the order number and your name is placed in the parcel with the unused and in original condition item(s).
Once your item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and with further details for returning the item(s).
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. The refund will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days or depending on your card issuer or bank processing time.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at reception. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please first send us an email at email@example.com.
Depending on your location, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongely recommend you use a trackable service to return your item(s). Unfortunately we cannot accept any responsabilities for item(s) arriving beyond our return time policy or that are not delivered to us at all.
We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
